" We moved to Anderson from Florida a little over four years ago. We were looking for a commercial rental property for a retail store and were coming up short of our desires. We then found McCoy Wright Realty. We told Agent Mike Pavey exactly what we were looking for and he worked his magic. He found the right location, the right store size and a great price. We have since opened a second store and again, put our trust in the very capable hands of Mike Pavey to make it happen. This time, we had a specific place in mind and he did all the work, negotiating the details with the property owner. We also utilized the services of McCoy Wright Realty for our residential rental needs when we moved here. The home was perfect and while there were very few issues in the four years we lived there, any that arose were handled immediately and without question. We definitely recommend handing over the reins to McCoy Wright Realty and Agent Mike Pavey on any commercial real estate needs you have! "

When I opened the car door I searched for the source of the perfectly tuned melody - an enormous wind chime was hanging above rustic outdoor furniture, swaying gently.
The quaint aroma of old wood, pumpkin and a myriad of spices greeted me as I walked inside.
Be still my heart.
The “store fixtures” weren’t fixtures at all, but a talented use of old crates, barn wood, vintage windows and rough-sawn shelving.
Country curtains adorned the windows and Randy, the store owner, was offering assistance to customers. I was impressed with his soft-spoken manner and his vast knowledge of the products.
His wife, Tina, greeted us just as I was reaching for a sample of the Marion Berry Preserves on an Animal Cookie.
Mike and his wife love the Cinnamon Honey Butter and I tried it…YUM! But what really drew my eye was the Maple Nut Honey Butter…and the delicious, local grown salsa on a tortilla chip.
Randy & Tina told me their long term plans include a deli using only local-grown food, they want to increase the number of hot sauces from 50ish to over 400 and they hinted at a coffee & hot chocolate bar.
I’m bringing my husband to the store later so he can begin a delicious new hobby of trying to discover his favorite hot sauce and, while we are there, I will show him the wind chime I want for Mother’s Day!
On my way out the door, I stopped. After all, who could possibly resist the urge to try the “Redneck Bacon Cocoa Mix”?
You will not be sorry for visiting the fabulous little corner of Anderson called “The Spice of Life”
